Murton Methodist Church, Gower, Swansea this weekend are having a VE Day 1945 - 2025 Commemorative Exhibition

Saturday 3rd - Monday 5th May. 10am to 4 pm. Sunday 4th May from 12 Noon.

The exhibition will include memories and memorabilia commemorating the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Europe. With inspiring floral work, photographs, poetry, and displays to reflect upon and to consider what ‘peace’ means today.
The exhibition also remembers Prisoners of War, and the ‘Forgotten War’.

Open: Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th May. 10am to 4 pm. Sunday from 12 Noon. Memorial Service on the Green at 2pm on Sunday. Refreshments available.
